What’s the difference between matted and unmatted prints?

Matted prints are the 6 inch x 8 inch print, mounted to an 8 inch by 10 inch backboard, matted in a beautiful, bevel-cut, 8 inch x 10 inch color coordinated mat, labeled on the back with the print name and care instructions, and then inserted into a crystal clear re-sealable plastic sleeve for excellent display quality and maximum protection of the art work.

Unmatted prints are the 6 inch x 8 inch print only. There is no backer, no mat, and no plastic sleeve. Some unmatted prints have a 1/8 inch “silver” border around the image, making the whole print 6.25x8.25. But in these cases, the image itself is still 6x8 inches.

How do I place an order?

 

There are two ways to place your order - web site or telephone.

1. You can use this website by adding prints to the shopping cart, and then provide delivery and payment information at checkout.

2. You can call our office at 864-357-1142 to provide your order, shipping address and payment details over the phone.

What are my payment options?

 

All orders are shipped prepaid, in accordance with the options below:

1.  Web site transactions are processed for us by PayPal, the payment processor used by eBay for hundreds of thousands of transactions every day. PayPal is very user friendly, and payment details are absolutely secure.

When you order using our web site you will pay at checkout with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.

Please note: When paying with your credit card, don’t add spaces when entering your credit card number.

You can also pay on the web site by eCheck via PayPal - just provide your checking account information at checkout and funds will be drafted directly from your bank account. Please be advised that we do not begin to prepare orders paid by the PayPal eCheck method until your bank releases the funds, which usually takes 3-5 business days.

2. Call 864-357-1142 and provide credit card payment and delivery information over the phone.

How do I use the shopping cart?

 

The shopping cart is very easy to manage.

When you see a print you want to buy, just choose the "Matted" or "Unmatted" option in the drop down box and then click the "Add to Cart" button. The shopping cart will automatically open, and you will see that one (1) print of the subject you selected has been added to it.

If you want more than one print of the same subject, just make the change in the "Quantity" box in the shopping cart, and then click "Update Cart." The new quantity, and the new order total, will be updated to reflect your changes.

When you finish adding items to the Shopping Cart, click "Checkout," and follow the simple instructions to add shipping and credit card information.

How much do I pay for shipping?

 

Wholesale: Wholesale orders do not get charged for shipping when you check out through the shopping cart. Shipping is calculated based upon weight, and we will email the wholesale customer a PayPal shipping invoice when the order is ready to ship. The invoice is simple to pay, and as soon as the invoice is taken care of, your order goes out.

How do you deliver my order?

 

All orders are delivered by the most economical choice between USPS, USPS Priority Mail, or by FedEx.

Faster delivery is always available, but you will need to call us to get special shipping arrangements. Additional charges will apply.

What if I need to return products?

 

We take great care in the handling and packaging of your purchases. But if products arrive damaged, or if we made a mistake on your order, please call 864-707-2423 before returning anything. We will send replacement products.
